About Your Coach

Sarah Collin is passionate about inspiring, empowering and motivating others to realise their dreams. Sarah would like to help people balance their lives and gain some harmony in what is otherwise a very hectic, fast moving and stressful world.

Sarah is committed to helping people 'realise their potential' and has worked in the childrens' services industry, run three successful businesses and spent eight years assisting people with disabilities develop inclusive lives. Sarah currently lectures part time in Community Services for Austral College and is also project coordinator for South West Women's Health and Information Centre in Bunbury running the Active Women's Program.

Her qualifications include:

  • Diploma of Community Services (Disability Work)
  • Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment & Training
  • Certificate IV in Life Coaching
  • Reiki Master
  • Kolor Kinesiology
  • Touch for Health
  • Kinergetics
  • Sarah is currently studying with the Life Foundation School of Therapeutics (Australia) to complete a Diploma in Dru Yoga Teacher Training and will incorporate this form of yoga into her work from June 2008 onwards.

    When she is not involved with her fulfilling work, Sarah has a number of hobbies and interests that she pursues, including walking and kayaking, yoga and meditation, spending time with friends and family (including her crazy cat!) and art and craft. She enjoys getting outdoors in the bush and is also learning to play the alto saxophone.
