Sarah has moved to Melbourne and having almost settled in is getting ready for the January Dru Yoga and Meditation Retreat being held in Margaret River in Western Australia.  This retreat will be lots of fun as we have a number of Djembe drums coming along for a Saturday night drumming session.  Chris Skeggs will be joining us to run a creative session where we will have the opportunity to express, with colour, how the yoga and retreat is affecting us!  No artistic ability required, I can assure you of that!!   If you want to check out Chris’s website here, www.skeggsart.com.au , it will show you the amazing ability of Chris!
