Dru Soul Spa Days

Please note that not all these activities are included in one session but could include any of the following:

  • Dru Yoga
  • Dru Meditation
  • Relaxation
  • Information sessions -how to identify where you may be losing power/energy and how to plug the leaks so you have more vitality to run your biology and therefore feel more vibrant.
  • Explore your values and get some tips on how to live with passion and purpose using your values to guide you forward.
  • Beyond Purple creative colour sessions – play with colour, no artistic ability required!
  • Fresh vegetarian lunch

 

Come and play with us, rediscover your creativity and sense of fun as we play with colour and enjoy the balancing effects of being in nature.

 

 Dru Yoga & Meditation Retreats

 

Sarah runs regular retreats around the country.

The next retreat to run will be in Warburton in Victoria:  Sarah will be running a retreat in partnership with Shakti Mclaren at Pallotti College, at the base of Mt Donna Buang commencing Friday June 22nd to Sunday June 24th 2012.  bookings through www.heartmovements.com.au  stay tuned for more details soon.

I arrived at the retreat with a limitation in movement in my right shoulder and some lower back stiffness.  I noticed over the time of the yoga sessions a softening in the tissue and an increase in flexibility and range of movement in both right shoulder and lower back.  When I left I had no pain in my shoulder and significantly  greater flexibility in my lower back.  This I am sure is due to the gentleness of Dru Yoga and to the quality of teaching and encouragement  from Sarah.  Thank you.
