Prepare your body, mind and heart for winter with some yoga, meditation and walking options in this edition of HA News.  Classes this term will have a focus on boosting the immune system to keep you vibrant and energised throughout the cooler weather.

New Meditation Course starting this week:

Have you been thinking about learning to meditate?

This course will take you quickly into a relaxing and satisfying state of contentment.

8 week course starting Wednesday April 30th

7pm to 8.30pm

$220.00

Learn how to deeply relax, align the body for sitting in the best position for meditation, a variety of meditation techniques, weekly email tips for personal practice and to keep you motivated.

Yoga classes – vacancies in most

New before work yoga classes:

Tuesday and Thursday mornings

7am to 8am

9 week term $144.00

After work yoga classes:

Wednesdays 5.30pm to 6.30pm

Thursdays 5.15pm to 6.30pm

Thursdays 6.45pm to 7.45pm Men’s yoga class

term fee for above $144 (9wks)

Friday morning long yoga class

10am to 11.30am every Friday

casual attendance available in this class $22.00 per class

term fee $162

All classes except for Friday are held in Plaza St, South Bunbury at the back of SW Women’s Health centre.

Friday class held at Bunbury Dance, 34 Lockwood Cres in Usher.
