Awesome Autumn

Greetings,

Awesome Autumn it certainly is!  This is the time to take stock and prepare your body mind and soul for the colder months ahead.  Boost your immune system so that you can enjoy the quieter time ahead in vibrant health.  Summer often is a busy time as we start the new year with great gusto and lots of intentions to make change and get lots done.  The main energy of autumn is that of completion and the satisfaction of attainment. The image of a beautiful tall tree losing its multi coloured leaves as it lets go and surrenders, giving the gift of nourishment back to the earth.  The trees fulfill their purpose by being here.  We too fulfill our purpose by “being” here, however, often we get so caught up in the busyness of life we rarely honour ourselves by taking time to be in solitude, time to go within and actually connect with the highest part of ourselves.

Tips for connecting back into the essence of who you are:

  • Take time out everyday to be in silence.
  • Ask yourself “What did I do today that honours the highest part of me?”
  • “What did I do that made a positive difference in the life of someone else today?”
  • Move your body everyday, it’s made to move.
  • Eat fresh food everyday – honour your body, it really is the temple of your soul.

Enjoy the rest of this beautiful season and remember to stop, smile and flow with life.
