Classes & courses

Thank you to all those who have used the new on line registration and payment system.  Thank you for your patience as we iron out a few little issues.

A limited number of places remain in the following yoga classes:

Tuesday morning class 7am to 8am

great way to start the day with energy and vitality.

Wednesday after work class 5.30 to 6.30pm

arrive home refreshed and calm after an hour of yoga

Thursday evening men’s class 6.45 to 7.45pm

don’t wait ’till your flexible or supple enough, start now!

Friday morning 10 am to 11.30am

nice long 90 minute class to really get into some deeper practice then enjoy a long relaxation session

Dru meditation course

last one for this year, final bookings being taken now for this eight week course.  Next year I will be offering the follow on course for all those that have completed level one.

Commencing Wednesday evening at 7pm to 8.30pm

detailed handouts each week plus recorded practices to take home and enjoy.

no previous experience required as you will be gently guided to:

  • learn the art of deep relaxation
  • find the best sitting practice to suit you
  • techniques to bring in a sense of inner calm
  • breathing techniques to bring you fully into the present moment
  • mindfulness activities that develop concentration
  • a variety of guided meditation practices
  • weekly email support and tips
