As you would be aware exercise may entail risk of injury or aggravation of existing medical conditions. You are encouraged to consult with a medical practitioner before starting any new exercise program. There is a gentle stretching component to the meditation course.
It is vital that you respect your body’s limitations and inner wisdom; if something feels wrong or dangerous please do not do it.

When your yoga & meditation practice is working you inevitably feel much more alive and vigorous. This sometimes surprises people because they simply do not realise how much of their natural energy has been lost until they feel it coming back.

I rarely have a need to make any adjustments to people in my classes however if I see you doing something that might cause discomfort I may offer assistance. This may involve me touching you on the back, arm or leg. If you are sensitive to touch or would not like me in your space then feel free to say no. I respect everyone’s right to their own space.
