Summer Yoga & Well-being Classes

Tuesday morning class 7am to 8am – start the day inspired and energised

9 week term, $144 term payment

Wednesday afternoon class 5.30 – 6.30pmThis class fully booked out

Thursday afternoon class 5.15pm to 6.30pmunwind with this class and go home restored and relaxed with your body mind and heart in balance.

9 week term $144.00 term payment

Thursday night men’s class – 6.45pm – 7.45pm – This class is for men who wouldn’t usually go to a yoga class.  Designed to help you gain flexibility, core strength and improve the health of your spine you will feel and see the benefits ripple out and start to feel lighter, calmer and more balanced.

9 week term $144.00

Friday morning class 10am – 11.30am – a full 90 minute class to allow you to really get into your practice and enjoy a deep relaxation at the end of the class.

9 week term $162.00 term payment

All these classes start the first week in February 2014 and are held in the green building at the back of the SW Women’s Heath & Info Centre in Plaza Street except for the Friday class which is held at The Bunbury Dance Studio in Usher.

Bookings essential as class numbers are limited and classes will close off.

Dru Meditation Course for beginners

Dru Meditation will take you quickly into a relaxing and satisfying state of contentment.

Eight week course starting Wednesday February 5th, 7pm to 8.30pm  $220.00

Learn how to deeply relax, align the body for sitting in the best position for meditation, a variety of meditation techniques, weekly email tips for personal practice.

Feel confident in setting up a home practice of personal meditation for yourself upon completion of this course in a way that suits you and your lifestyle.

The time is now to learn the art of meditation, a skill you have for life that will support and provide you with the foundation to support all future decisions, actions and challenges.

Sarah has been teaching yoga and meditation for six years and is passionate about empowering individuals to be the best version of themselves possible.  Sarah is also a life coach and has been coaching for the past ten years specialising in health and energy management.  Sarah also works for the South West Women’s Health and Information Centre in Bunbury and offers one on one life coaching with a focus on using yoga therapy for assisting in the management of chronic illness and disease.  Contact the centre on 9791 3350 to book an appointment with Sarah.
