4 Week Mindfulness For Youth Course



A four week course for youth in the practice of mindfulness. This course will cover:
Awareness of where we hold our stress
Movements to reduce stress and bring in balance
The art of deep relaxation
A variety of exercises in mindfulness to bring stillness to the mind & body
Included in this course is a CD containing recordings of some of these practices plus weekly handouts and email support.
