Dru Yoga 1 Hour



A great session to de-stress as this will stretch all the major muscles of the body leaving you feeling clearer, lighter and energised.

This class consists of:

  • Activation to warm you up and prepare your body for what follows
  • Energy Block Release (EBR1) best sequence to release and let go of tension and tiredness
  • Spinal release with Marjariasana, the cat posture to bring in flow and freedom in your spine
  • The Earth Sequence, total body balancer and grounding sequence
  • Pranayama practice of the Windmill Breath to deepen your breathing and open up the chest and lungs
  • Finishing with a 13 minute guided relaxation process to rest and digest all the above leaving you re-balanced, re-energised and alive.

Suitable for all levels of fitness and flexibility.
