Yoga – Friday Morning



A fantastic way to finish the week with a full 90 minute Dru Yoga class to totally balance your body, mind, heart and soul.
In this class we have time to really go into that space of self inquiry as we move through the Energy Block Release Sequence and into posture and sequence work before enjoying a full 30 minute relaxation session to really integrate the benefits on all levels of your being.
Casual attendance may be available for this class at $22 per class pay on the day or pay for the term and save. This class is full so casual attendance is not available. If you are interested in going on the waiting list for available places, please call or email.
