An early morning class for those that like to get their day off to an energised balanced start.
Small class limited to seven people only so if you’re looking for a personalised class this is for you.
Start the day with a unique energy block release sequence exclusive to Dru Yoga that will give your body an overall stretch and balance.
Followed by asana practice and or a sequence to energise you for the day ahead.
Class suitable for anyone interesting in maintaining their health.
