Sarah presently runs two retreats a year in the South West of WA just 5 kms out of Margaret River at Glenbrook Country Retreat.

These are run in Autumn and Spring and themed to the seasons.

2017 dates are:

Autumn May 19th to 21st

Spring November 10th to 12th

The Autumn retreat has a more meditative focus as we begin to journey inward taking a sacred journey into the heart.

The Spring retreat is more active and yoga focused as we explore what is seeking to emerge from the quietness of winter.  Sequences that will help to remove any stagnation and move us forward in the direction of our goals.

Open to men and women and ideally suited to couples wanting to take time out together and reconnect with their hearts.

Both retreats are fully catered for with shared accommodation.  There are only 12 places available per retreat to ensure your comfort.  10 twin share places and 2 single rooms available.

Early bird prices are:  (all inclusive of meals, accommodation and activities)

Twin share price $465.00 per person and single room option is $495.00            10% increase on these rates for bookings after early bird close off dates.       Close off dates are April 14th for Autumn retreat and Oct 6th for Spring retreat.

Vegetarian meals, morning and afternoon tea, absolutely delicious food lovingly prepared by Nirala from Nirala Naturally.

 

Activities on both retreats may include some or all of the following:

  • Dru Yoga
  • Meditation
  • Walking in Nature
  • Creative Expression such as soulful art, juicy journaling!
  • Reflection
  • Information sessions on healthy eating, reducing chemicals in your personal care and household products
  • Djembe Drumming
  • Meaningful movies that enlighten

Refund Policy:

A full refund will be made if booking is cancelled six weeks prior to retreat.  After this time no refunds are available unless your place can be filled in which case you will receive 90% refund.  Your booking can be transferred to someone else but this arrangement will be between you and that person.

A mini retreat to revitalise and reconnect with your heart

Usually running from 9am on a Sunday  morning until midday this is time out to slow down with a beautifully balanced Dru Yoga class that will deeply soothe your nervous system and start to reverse the effects  of too much stress.

Followed by a nourishing morning tea taken at leisure with time to connect with other like minded souls and share from the heart.

Finishing with breathing techniques to rebalance you and meditation to take you deep within your being leaving you feeling refreshed and ready to move forward.

No previous yoga or meditation experience is necessary to enjoy these events.

The next Soul Spa is running on Sunday July 23rd 2017  from 9am to 12pm and will be held at Yoga Life Studio in Bunbury.   See retreat booking page and secure your place.  This event likely to book out so get in early to secure your place.  All bookings on line.

On retreat please bring:

  • Yoga mat
  • Meditation cushion or stool if you have one
  • Water bottle – very important to keep hydrated
  • Throw rug to keep warm during Yoga Nidra (relaxation session)
  • personal toiletries and bath towel
  • all bedding and linen supplied but if you like your own pillow bring it
  • walking shoes
  • raincoat/sunhat/fly net depending on season
  • torch
  • alarm clock – I don’t do wake up calls
  • journal, pens, pencils
  • magazine, book whatever you may like to do in free time
  • Any cushioning you need to be comfortable when lying down – bring whatever you need

  • yoga mat
  • blanket, bolster and cushion to relax comfortably on the floor
  • water bottle to keep hydrated
  • meditation cushion/stool
