Spring is in the air and with spring comes the opportunity to emerge refreshed from the colder slower months of winter.  An opportunity to embrace lightness in whatever form that means to you.  Is there an area of your life that you would like to lighten up?  What would it feel like if your body was lighter?  Your mind lighter?  Your heart lighter?

Write down one thing for each of those areas that you could do to lighten up.  Here’s my list:

Body – start walking again 5kms threes times a week
Mind – twice daily meditation
Heart – laughter – find the funny side of things more often and take a lighter approach

Spring Retreat

This retreat is fully booked but it you would like the retreat experience then here are the dates for next year.   I will be running two retreats in 2016 both booked for Glenbrook, Margaret River venue.

Easing Back Pain Course

Meditation Course

This is the last course running this year and next year we will start the year with the intermediate course for all those who have completed this course already and want to go deeper into meditation practice.  This course will be the prerequisite for next years.

Friday morning yoga classes

Term four commencing Friday October 23rd and running for 8 weeks to December 18th.  No class on Friday Oct 30th due to retreat running.
