Spring into health!

I hope you’ve been out enjoying the spring warmth and colour!  I wanted to let you know of the classes, courses and events coming up as there is a lot being offered. It’s time to take action and move forward, embracing the colour and vibrancy of Spring.

There has also never been a better time to take responsibility for our own health.  It seems to me that, in general, people rely too much on health professionals for answers to their health issues without looking into some basic truths that we seem to have forgotten in the busyness of living.  It is time to get back to basics and look at the food we eat and how that is supporting our health.  How much of the food you eat is real whole live food?  How do you eat your food, are you sitting in front of the television or worse, driving to work as you eat on the run? It’s time to start becoming conscious of what you are feeding your body.

Add to that what you are feeding your mind and heart in the form of your thoughts and language, to yourself and others, and what have you done recently that really made your heart open with joy and gratitude?  Something to think about.

Or take your staff out of the workplace and into nature with a full day package to nourish and nurture.

You might like to try a six week stretch and flex program in the workplace – take 30 minutes once a week for six weeks and experience the unique Energy Block Release Sequence (EBR1) followed by guided relaxation and let the results speak for themselves.  Resources can be made available for this program to be implemented as an ongoing workplace program with intermittent follow up from Sarah to keep it running and become self sustaining.
