Oh how I love autumn!  The fresh crisp air and clear sunny days to get out and embrace nature.  Check out this park bench.  I have sat here many times at different times of the year and reflected.  Autumn is a wonderful time to see how nature deals with change and the examples all around us of letting go of the old to make way for the new to enter.

I invite you to sit a while and reflect on what you could let go of.  What have you been clinging onto that may no longer be serving your highest good?

What have you done this month that honours the highest part of you?

If you haven’t honoured that highest part of you for a while then what is getting in the way?

Before you leave this place of reflection what could you let go of, what leaves are you willing to drop that will leave you feeling lighter but richer?  As you let go be careful not to let go of the richness of the experiences that have led you to this place.  Let all the emotions of past experiences add to the resilience building in your heart so you foster a heart that is supple and rich in experience.  A heart that represents a life well lived.  A heart filled with compassion and kindness.

Autumn Meditation Retreat

Easing Back Pain Course


Do you suffer from non specific back pain or stiffness?  Did you know that 90% of back pain is musculoskeletal?  Research shows that musculoskeletal  back pain most commonly occurs because back muscles are out of balance.  Some are over worked and some are lazy.

Wednesday May 4th to May 25th
4pm to 5pm

includes detailed handouts of specific back care program that will help ease your back and get you moving freely again.

By using gentle Dru Yoga movements to help stretch over tight muscles and strengthen weak ones thereby restoring a balance, building core strength and gaining flexibility.

Meditation for beginners

commencing Thursday May 12th
7pm to 8.30pm

Meditation brings the body into a state of rest and relaxation, reduces stress and slows the ageing process.

The research is profound and prolific now on the significant benefits of meditation in all areas of our health and wellness so please don’t put it off any longer, sign up and learn some skills that will bring inner peace and calm into your being.  This course is for anyone, no previous experience is necessary.

Friday morning yoga classes – Australind

Want to try Dru Yoga?  Come along and join this friendly weekly class being run at the Leschenault Leisure Centre.

Fridays 9.30 to 11am
A lovely long class with extended relaxation process to finish the week feeling refreshed and re-energised for the weekend.

Beginners welcome.

Dru Yoga is for everybody so don’t be put off by thinking you are not flexible or fit enough, just come along as you are right now and see the changes evolve over time as you regain and maintain health and vibrancy.

Term fee:  $162.00 for nine weeks or casual rate of $22 per class
bookings on line see yoga page or just turn up on the morning with enough time to sign in.  Classes don’t run during school holidays and there is no class on May 20th due to the retreat.

An evening in Bunbury
Ayuveda & Yoga

I would love you to join me for a very unique and special evening in Bunbury with an international visitor that we have lured over to the West from Wales!

I will be co-hosting this evening with Keith Squires, author of “Cooking with Love” his brand new release.  Keith is also a senior Dru Yoga tutor and health blogger and we are blessed to have his engaging presence for an evening at Natural Temptations.
