Doors open at 5.15pm, yoga class starts at 5.30pm sharp.
If you are not attending the class, doors open again with
refreshments available at 6.30pm and the film commences at 6.45pm.
The evening will conclude at 9.15pm.
What to wear/bring to the yoga class.
If you are attending the yoga class please wear comfortable loose fitting clothes that allow you to move freely. Shoes are removed before the class. Bring a water bottle and yoga mat. If you don’t have a mat a towel or similar to allow you to lie on the floor. Tea, coffee and refreshments provided.
Proceeds from the event will go to the Intown Centre/Shoestring Cafe, with the intention of supporting the local community and fostering social inclusion. The film is a documentary featuring world leading experts in mind body medicine and remarkable true stories of recovery. Certification for professional development is available.
The panel will feature four professional practitioners from the South West who will share their expertise and knowledge in a dynamic discussion about concepts from the film and how to apply mind-body medicine to your own life.
